Welcome to Last War Tool (“we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website located at https://lastwartool.com and any related services, including the Last War Tool software (the “Service”).

1. Eligibility

Registration is not permitted for anyone associated in any capacity, whether paid or unpaid, current or former, formal or informal, with Last War: Survival, FunFly, or any of their developers, publishers, moderators, community managers, testers, or anti-cheat teams. By registering for or using this Service, you confirm that:

• You are not, and have never been, an employee, contractor, agent, volunteer, moderator, community manager, tester, or affiliate of FunFly, or of any entity involved in the development, publishing, moderation, community management, testing, or operation of Last War: Survival, in any capacity
• You are not registering for, accessing, or using the Service on behalf of any game developer, publisher, moderator, community manager, or anti-cheat organisation
• You are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian

We reserve the right to deny or revoke access to any user at our discretion, including where this eligibility requirement is found to have been violated.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree that you will not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of the bot
• Analyse, inspect, or use the software for the purpose of detecting, preventing, or interfering with its functionality
• Use the Service in any way that could harm, disable, or impair the Service or its users
• Share, resell, or redistribute the software without permission

This includes any attempt to use the software to assist in developing detection mechanisms or anti-cheat systems.

3. No Affiliation

Last War Tool is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the developers or publishers of Last War: Survival.

All trademarks, game content, and intellectual property belong to their respective owners.

4. Risk and Responsibility

Use of this Service is entirely at your own risk. We accept no responsibility or liability for, and you agree that you are solely responsible for, any and all outcomes of using the Service, including but not limited to:

• Suspension, restriction, warning, or permanent ban of your game account, arising from the use of third-party tools such as this, which may violate the terms of service of Last War: Survival
• Loss of access to, or loss of progress, items, currency, or purchases within, your game account
• Any financial loss, including amounts paid for a license, subscription, or in-game purchase
• Any damage, instability, malware exposure, or other harm to your device, operating system, or other software, from downloading, installing, or running the Service
• Any loss or corruption of data on your device
• Actions, decisions, errors, or omissions of Last War: Survival's developers, publishers, or any other third party
• Interruption, unavailability, or discontinuation of the Service, with or without notice

You agree that you are solely responsible for any outcomes, including loss of access to your game account, and you use the Service with full knowledge and acceptance of these risks.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We make no guarantees that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• The Service will be secure or free from bugs
• The Service will remain compatible with the game at all times

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Last War Tool, its creators, and contributors shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of data, devices, accounts, or in-game progress, currency, items, or purchases
• Any actions taken by third-party services or game providers, including account bans or restrictions
• Any loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunity

This applies whether the claim is based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. To the extent any liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, our total liability to you for all claims arising from the Service is limited to the amount, if any, you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Your use of the Service is entirely at your own risk.
